Wer hat heute schon sein Adventskalendertürchen geöffnet? Und was war drin? Schoki? Ein gemaltes Bild vom Kind? Oder der Weihnachtsmann höchstpersönlich?

Den Santa könnt ihr euch auch ohne Adventskalender ins Haus holen. Denn ich habe für euch diese süße Geschenkschachtel entworfen. Für den privaten Gebrauch oder den kommerziellen. Für die Silhouette, den ScanNCut oder zum Ausschneiden von Hand. Ihr entscheidet!

So, what did you find in your Advent calender today? Chocolate? A handpainted picture from your child? Or Santa himself?

If you want to invite Santa to your house without an advent calender, go get him. For you I designed this adorable gift box. For private use, for commercial use. For your Silhouette, for ScanNCut or for cutting out by hand. It's your decision!
 

Das E-Book kommt mit der Schneiddatei in verschiedenen Formaten; svg, dxf und als pdf. Und einer ausführlichen Anleitung zum Zusammensetzen der Schachtel. Eigentlich ist das System der Schachtel recht einfach. Aber mit einem netten E-Book macht's doch gleich mehr Spaß, gell? Die enthält zum Beispiel noch Empfehlungen zur Papierstärke und ein paar weiter Tipps.

Die Plotterlosen unter uns drucken einfach das PDF aus, übertragen die Schnittteile auf die ensprechenden Papiere und schneiden die einzelnen Teile von Hand aus. Ganz einfach!

The e-book contains the cutting file in different formats; svg, dxf, pdf and jpg. And it includes a detailed instruction for putting together the gift box. Actutally, putting the box together is quite easy, but a nice e-book makes more fun, right? It includes recommendations for paper weight and some tips.

If you live in a plotter free household, print out the PDF, transfer the lines to your appropriate papers and cut out by hand. It's that easy!

Nach dem drölfzigsten Santa hatte ich dann keine Lust mehr auf das normale Format. Und habe den Kerl in 60% ausgeplottet (das E-Book enthält nur eine Größe, aber die könnt ihr problemlos vergrößern und verkleinern). Die perfekte Größe für ein Ferrerro Küsschen. Die kleinen Kerlchen sind sooo süß!

After the I-don't-know-how-many-I-made Santa I downsized the template to 60% (the e-book contains one size only, but you can enlarge or downsize the template without problems). That's the perfect size for a "Ferrerro Küsschen (Kiss)" chocolate treat. The little ones are sooo cute!

Von der großen Packung Ferrero Küsschen sind zwei Exemplare aufs Foto gelangt, den Rest hat sich die Fotografin während des Shootings als Nervennahrung einverleibt. War lecker ... ;-)

Acutally only two of the "Ferrero Küsschen" went to the photos out of a big box, the rest went to the photographer as soul food. They were good ... ;-)

To all my english speaking readers: The instructions are in German only. So far. But I think it's possible to put the box together with the german instructions. Just by looking at the photos.

Niederländisch | Dutch

Und? Wer von euch spricht niederländisch? Ich leider kein Wort! Na ja, mal abgesehen von einem Kinderlied. Vor ein paar Jahren habe ich während eines Workcamps in der Slowakei von den niederländischen Teilnehmern dieses Lied gelernt. Aber damit enden auch schon meine Sprachkenntnisse. Bei meinen Trips nach Amsterdam hat mir das bisher nicht weitergeholfen ...

Well. Do you speak dutch? Unfortunately, I don't speak a word. Apart from a funny little children's song. I was taught this song at a work camp in Slowakia by the dutch participants. And that's about it with my language skills. During my trip to Amsterdam this hasn't helped me so far ...

Jetzt gibt es aber den Geburtstagskuchenbausatz auf niederländisch. Verjaardags taart kit heißt er dort. Den Anstoß dazu gegeben hat Carla. Sie ist ansonsten im Origamibereich unterwegs und irgendwie über meinen Bausatz gestolpert. Jetzt gibt es also auch die niederländische Variante: Hier bekommt ihr die Vorlage als PDF.

Now, however, the birthday cake kit is available in dutch. Verjaardags taart kit, that's what it's called there. The impetus was given by Carla. Normally, she is into origami and somehow stumbled over my kit. So, the dutch version is availble now, too. You get the template as a PDF right here.

Falls ihr den Geburtstagskuchenbausatz noch in irgendeiner Sprache vermisst, brauche ich eure Hilfe. Bei der Übersetzung. Schreibt mich an, ich schicke euch die benötigten Texte. Hier findet ihr übrigens die deutsche und die englische Variante.
